Below are some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).  We ask that you read through them prior to contacting our Customer Support team with your inquiry.

 

1.  Where do I enter my discount code?

Once you enter our checkout page, head over to the 'show order summary' drop down menu, from there you can enter your discount code.

2.  How do I change currency?

Our currency option is located via the drop down menu on mobile devices, or in the upper-left hand corner for desktop users.

3.  Where can I find my Order Number?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.  At the top of the email you will find the order number in the format #0000. Any further updates regarding your order will also contain this reference.   Please double check spam or junk email folders just in case!

4.  Where is my order?

Read our Shipping Policy for further information regarding standard shipping estimates.  This Policy is also located at the bottom of all LushCove pages.

5.  What if I didn't receive a tracking number?

All of our products ordered through LushCove are now trackable.  If you did not receive a Shipping Confirmation email, containing your tracking number, check your junk or spam folders first.  If you still cannot locate it, please email orders@lushcove.com and our Customer Service Team will be more than happy to assist.

6.  I bought two items, but only one arrived.  Where is the second?

Some of our products are processed quicker than others.  We ship products out ASAP, therefore they may have been shipped separately.  You should receive any additional orders within a few days of receiving the first.

7.  I ordered the wrong item, what should I do?

If you have received a shipping confirmation email, unfortunately we cannot stop the order at this point.  Please read our Returns/Exchange policy for further information.  However, if your order/items have not been shipped yet, please let our Customer Service Team know by emailing orders@lushcove.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.  Be sure to include your Order Number for reference.

8.  I ordered by mistake, can I cancel my order?

Again, if you have received a shipping confirmation email, unfortunately we cannot cancel the order at this point.  Please read our Returns/Exchange policy for further information.  However, if your order/items have not been shipped yet, please let our Customer Service Team know by emailing orders@lushcove.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.  Be sure to include your Order Number for reference.
