To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your email confirmation will be fine for this.
Our return policy lasts 120 days. If 120 days have gone by since your order has been delivered to you - unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Alternitavely if you wish to simply cancel your order i.e. if placed in error, you are welcome to contact the team via our contact us tab or at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of placing your order if you wish for it to be cancelled.
We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you'd like to exchange it for the same item, simply say hello to us via email at email@example.com and one of the team will personally assit with the exchange.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that the return will reach us and so will be unable to assist without any tracking information.
